About the project
Women and children are the most affected social groups, as the times we live in are putting more and more people in front of computer screens, making them potential victims of escalating cyberviolence. Globalization and the usage of the Internet cause plenty of issues, particularly for some of the most vulnerable social groups - children, teens, and adults - and are linked to psychological and sexual assault.
Area 05, District 30, Zonta International, and its clubs across the country launched the project "NO to cyberviolence against women and children" in response to the widespread use of the Internet and its potential risks, as well as the need to prevent and combat cyberbullying.
